We kindly ask you to follow hygiene and usage guidelines. To maintain water cleanliness, we recommend taking a shower before use. 📋 Documents and Registration: In compliance with public safety regulations, you will be asked to send a valid identification document before check-in. We will handle the official registration of guests with the competent authorities using the provided data. 🚗 Location and Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL): The apartment is located on a beautiful, quiet pedestrian-only street, strategically positioned right on the edge of the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone). This makes it much easier to manage arrival and parking for those traveling by car. 🤫 Quiet Hours: To respect the neighborhood and maintain a peaceful environment, we kindly ask you to observe the house rules and the condominium quiet hours, especially from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. ♻️ Waste Management: We encourage and greatly appreciate recycling. Just 50 meters from the apartment, you will find public roadside bins where you can conveniently dispose of waste during or at the end of your stay. 🚭 Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking is only allowed outdoors, in the private patio at the back. 🔑 Lost Keys: Please pay close attention to the apartment keys. In case of loss or misplacement, a penalty of €30 will be charged for replacement.
