⚜️ Location: The accommodation is located on the ground floor in Via dei Pepi, in a flat and quiet area just 3 minutes from Piazza Santa Croce. 🚪 Access: Entry is facilitated by being entirely on the ground floor and includes two main passages: Main gate: the historic street entrance opens fully automatically. Second door: opens with the provided physical key and leads into a common entrance corridor, which also serves our adjacent apartment. Suite door: from the corridor, you will access the private door of your Suite. 📐 Stairs: As the accommodation is on the ground floor, there are no staircases, but there is 1 single step just before the second entrance door and 3 steps to access the garden. Once you have passed the apartment door, all interior spaces are 100% private and for your exclusive use.

Si consiglia di contattarli in anticipo. La vasca idromassaggio è riscaldata e utilizzabile tutto l’anno. Il giardino è ad uso esclusivo dell’appartamento, ma si prega di rispettare gli orari di silenzio del quartiere. Non è consentito organizzare feste o eventi. L’appartamento è adatto a soggiorni tranquilli, nel rispetto degli spazi e dei vicini.
